I am Cindy Brooks, a licensed Real Estate Agent in the middle Tennessee area.

As a business professional, I have over 15 years experience in renovating and remodeling homes and know exactly what a buyer needs to look for when considering the purchase of a home, and also what a seller should know to get the best price possible for the sale of their home.

I have extensive training in architectural and interior design, and know how important it is for the home to reflect the homeowner’s lifestyle and space requirements. When listing a home, I have found that attention to the details of getting the home ready to put on the market or creating a “finished look” can add substantially to the home’s marketability, and therefore can demand a higher price. My rule of thumb is that if a prospective buyer finds five improvements that are needed in order to move in, that prospect is going to move on to the next property.

As a buyer’s representative, I expect to find a home ready to move into, realizing that many buyers will want to make minor or major renovations over time. I strive to make sure that the home meets all of the expectations of the buyer, both in terms of construction and aesthetic value. Since a home represents one of the largest investments that a family will make, I want to make sure that the buyer gets the best fit possible.

I have lived in the middle Tennessee area all of my life. I am the mother of three grown children, and a proud grandmother as well.

I live in Nashville with my husband of 25 years.
